About CSER
The Cadiz Southeastern Railway (CSER) is a proposed steam-hauled tourist railway operation that will operate in the Mojave Desert over the Arizona and California Railroad (“ARZC”) between Cadiz, California to Parker, Arizona. This new train service will be a mainline excursion operation hauled by authentic steam locomotives and with rail service provided via updated, vintage passenger railcars. CSER is being facilitated by a new water conveyance pipeline under development by Cadiz Inc. that will be constructed underground within the Arizona & California Railroad right-of-way from Cadiz to the Colorado River Aqueduct near Rice, California. Cadiz Inc. will own and maintain all of the equipment and facilities required for the CSER operation.
